Open General Settings → Security. This area contains email, phone, password, and available connected-account controls.
Change or add a password
- Open the password change controls.
- Enter New Password and Confirm New Password.
- Use at least 6 characters and enter the same value in both fields.
- Choose the available email or phone verification route. Add that contact method first if EVENTA asks you to do so.
- Enter the 6-digit OTP on Verify OTP and complete verification.
A successful verification updates the password. If your code is rejected, follow the resend flow instead of repeatedly submitting the same invalid code.
Add or remove a passkey
On a supported browser, Passkeys lets you sign in with your device's supported verification, such as Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a phone.
- Select Add in Passkeys.
- Complete Confirm it using your password or the offered email/phone code.
- Complete your browser or device's passkey prompt.
- In Name your passkey, choose a recognizable device label and finish saving.
- Confirm the new passkey appears in the list.
To remove one, select Remove next to the intended passkey and verify your identity again. A cancelled device prompt does not complete registration. Browsers without passkey support hide this card. Keep another working login method available before removing a credential.
Change email or phone
Open the edit control next to the relevant contact detail. Enter the new value, request its verification code, and verify it. A phone number also needs its correct country code. A contact method already used by another account cannot be assigned again.
Recover access
Use the password-recovery entry on the login screen and follow the verification flow offered for your account. If login says the account does not exist, first check your email, phone, and country code. Contact support if you cannot use the required contact method.
Delete Account
The Delete Account entry leads to account deactivation. The account service provides a 30-day reactivation period: signing in with your existing credentials within that period restores the account. After the deadline it becomes eligible for permanent deletion. Follow the confirmation and deadline shown by EVENTA and keep the account email for reference.
