Send an RSVP
- Open the event and sign in when prompted.
- Choose one of the host's available response buttons. The wording can be customized; some events offer yes/no responses while others also offer a tentative response.
- Answer required registration questions.
- Submit your response and read the resulting status.
If Require Approval is enabled, the host reviews your response before attendance is confirmed. A positive response awaiting approval is not an approved place. When approval and capacity rules allow it, EVENTA generates the corresponding admission ticket.
Change your response
Return to the event and use its available response controls. A change still has to satisfy the event's current rules: an ended sale, unpublished event, unavailable response, or full capacity may prevent the change. Where cancellation is offered, use it to withdraw your RSVP.
Join a waitlist
A full event may offer a waitlist if its host enabled one. Follow the waitlist action and check notifications for updates. A waitlist place is not a ticket or a guarantee of admission. The host can invite or reject people from the list; follow the invitation if offered a place.
Hosts: review guests
Open the event editor's Guestlist. Use Guest List to review responses and pending approval actions; use Invitations to send or inspect invitations. Approve or reject a pending RSVP using the available controls. Approval cannot exceed the event's attendee capacity.
The approval state is separate from the response itself: a guest can request to attend while still waiting for your decision.
