Send an email Text Blast
Open community administration's Text Blast. This is an email announcement tool, despite its name.
- Choose Audience: All Members, Members, Moderators, or Admins.
- Optionally select a membership Tier.
- Check the recipient count. If it is unavailable, resolve that issue before assuming your audience is correct.
- Enter Subject and Message.
- Review Email Preview.
- Send using the available send action, or choose Schedule for and select Schedule.
- Check Recent Blasts for recipients and delivery state.
The history can show Queued, Scheduled, Sent, Failed, or Cancelled. Use Cancel for an eligible scheduled blast. Test is available where shown. A sent email cannot be recalled by cancelling a later schedule.
Connect Discord
Owners and admins open Integrations → Discord.
- In your Discord channel settings, open Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook.
- Select the channel and copy its webhook URL.
- Paste it into EVENTA's Webhook URL field and save using the available control.
- Enable Post to Discord.
- Choose which tournament updates should post under What posts.
- Use the test action to verify the destination.
The webhook is a secret: after saving, EVENTA displays only the token's tail. Use Replace to change it or Disconnect to remove the connection. Turning off Post to Discord pauses posting while retaining the connection.
An individual tournament can use its own Discord channel from its settings. Leaving that tournament-specific field empty uses the community's channel.
Community analytics is not part of this workflow; its current screen is still marked Coming Soon.
