Open Event Insights from your event reporting entry. Owners, admins, and moderators can view reports. The report adapts to paid ticketing, free registration, or RSVP.
Filter the report
Use All time, 7D, 30D, 90D, or Custom, then select a Ticket type, Payment status, or Search by name, email, or order number. Review the reporting window before exporting.
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| You earned | The event's reported earnings or payout balance; read the card's context |
| Tickets sold | Tickets sold in the relevant reporting view |
| Conversion / Capacity claimed | All-time sold tickets as a share of total ticket capacity; this is not a visitor conversion metric |
| Orders / Registrations | Order or registration records in the view |
| Discounts given | Discounts applied to the relevant orders |
| Payment success | Paid orders divided by orders in the filtered selection |
| Avg revenue / ticket | Reported revenue divided by tickets sold in the selection |
| Check-in rate | Scanned or used generated tickets as a share of generated tickets in the view |
| Pending scan | Generated tickets still awaiting a scan |
Ticket Performance uses all-time capacity. Revenue breakdown separates ticket sales, promo discounts, net sales, platform fee, and the total collected from attendees. A single order containing multiple tiers is still one order.
Inspect and export
Use Export Report for the report export and the table's Export for order data. Expand an order to inspect generated tickets, transactions, and form responses. The Generated tickets area shows scan logs. Guestlist exports are also available as Export CSV.
