Host tools appear after sign-in and work only for events the person runs, with the same role checks as the website. Guests are shown by name only, never with contact details, payment data or answers to registration forms.
The two tools that reach other people, decide_rsvps and invite_guests, work in two steps. The first call returns a preview and a confirmation token. Nothing changes until the same request is repeated with that token. The token expires after 10 minutes and works only for the exact guests or addresses previewed.

decide_rsvps
Approve or reject up to 10 RSVPs that are waiting for the host's decision (ids from list_pending_rsvps). Rejecting removes the guest from the list, cancels their RSVP ticket and tells them. Approving may be refused when the event is full. Two steps: call once without confirmation_token to get a preview (nothing changes), show it to the user, and only after they agree call again with the same arguments plus the confirmation_token. Never invent or reuse a token. Only on the host's explicit request, for this event.
Needs the Host (write) permission (host:write). Changes data and is marked destructive, so clients may ask you to confirm.

create_promo_code
Create a discount code for an event the user hosts. Assistants may create percentage discounts up to 90% and must set a total usage limit (max 1000) and an end date within a year; larger or open-ended codes are made on eventa.live.
