Open General Settings → Billing & Plans to review supported saved payment methods and billing history. Event checkout, tournament entry, and venue booking each show their own transaction details.
Before confirming a payment
Read the actual transaction currency, total, discount, fees, and any amount still due later. A personal currency preference does not convert an event or venue's configured commercial currency. Use only the payment options offered for that transaction.
EVENTA's implemented flows include Stripe and Bangladesh payment processing through SSLCommerz; some tournament and manual disbursement flows also use bKash. A payment method entered in a staff catalog does not automatically make a new gateway work.
Saved payment methods
In Payment Methods, use the add-card control where available. Follow the secure payment form, then review the saved method. You can set a method as Default or remove a saved card. The card's masked details identify it without showing the full number.
A saved checkout card is separate from a payout destination. To receive money, use Payouts.
Download invoices
- Open Billing History.
- Find the invoice by its date, status, and amount.
- Use its download action.
Invoice is still being generated. Please try again later. means the download is not ready. Retry later. Download URL not available means that invoice currently has no usable download link; contact support if it persists.
Membership subscriptions
Use the subscription section to review supported community memberships and billing cycles. On an active subscription, select Cancel, read Cancel Membership, and choose Confirm Cancellation. The confirmation explains that access continues until the end of the billing cycle. While an active subscription is scheduled to cancel, Reactivate removes that scheduled cancellation. Read the current status and effective date before choosing either action. Do not assume an unpublished tier or removed saved card automatically cancels a recurring membership.
For a charge without a confirmed order or booking, keep its reference and use payment troubleshooting.
