Open Venues and narrow the list using the available location, guest capacity, type, amenities, or price filters. Open a listing to see its photos, facilities, location, rules, and cancellation policy. For a property with several spaces, choose the specific bookable space.
The displayed starting price is an estimate for browsing. The venue's quote is the binding price.
Send a request
- Select Request to book and sign in if prompted.
- Choose Event date and Guests.
- Enter Start time and End time if known. Times are in the venue's local timezone; an overnight end is on the following day.
- Choose Event type, available extras, and their quantities where appropriate.
- Add a Message explaining your timing, setup, catering, and other requirements.
- Submit the request and select Open the conversation.

Sending a request is free. It starts a conversation; it does not reserve the space or require payment.
Accept and pay
- Open Venue Inbox and select the conversation.
- Review the latest quote's dates/hours, line items, Total, Due now, Due at venue, and Cancellation terms.
- Select Accept quote only if those details are correct.
- Complete the payment for the amount due now through the offered payment flow.
- Check Venue bookings for confirmation.
Accepting a quote can create a Deposit pending booking. Confirmation depends on successful payment and availability. Competing unpaid reservations do not guarantee a slot; the first successful payment can take it.
Use the conversation to discuss revisions before accepting a price. An expired or revised quote must be replaced with a current quote. Quotes normally remain valid for seven days; check the actual displayed deadline.
