1. Prepare your club
Create a community or use one you manage. Review privacy and membership applications. Club tournament creation requires owner, admin, or moderator access.
2. Configure the tournament
Create a new tournament. Define the game, format, solo/team entry, roster size, entry fee, schedule, and rules. Configure a prize pool only if your club is approved to offer one.
3. Bring entrants together
Open registration. Captains can bring a reusable team, choose the players attending, and complete entry and payment. Roster invitations must be accepted and required handles supplied.
Community access, paid entry, and team membership are separate requirements. Check all three before telling a squad it is ready to compete.
4. Check in and start
Complete the check-in window if required. Review entrants and seeding, then confirm Start tournament. Check-in locks rosters; starting locks registration and the draw.
5. Record results
Entrants report and confirm scores when allowed. Organizers resolve disputes and overrides, or record points-series results. Use the current match state to decide whether a bracket is waiting or advancing.
6. Publish and settle
Publish final standings when complete. Eligible winner prizes become claimable after their settlement requirements. Club earnings and a winner's prize are claimed from their respective payout sources.
Optionally connect Discord announcements to keep the community informed during the competition.
