Open your tournament's My match or bracket match. The tournament's scoring mode determines who records the result.
Entrants: report and confirm
- Select Report result when your match is ready and reporting is offered.
- Enter the game-by-game scores. Check the displayed Series score.
- Use Attach a scoreboard screenshot for supporting proof, within the stated file limit.
- Select Submit result.
- The other side opens Review and confirm. Confirm a correct score before its countdown ends.
The confirmation window matters: if no one disputes the report, it can automatically stand after the deadline. Do not submit another report merely because the background confirmation has not appeared instantly.
Dispute an incorrect result
Choose This is not what happened or Dispute this result. Explain What happened?, including scores, timing, and where the evidence can be found. Select Raise dispute.
A manually reported disputed match freezes advancement until an organizer resolves it. For a result read directly from a supported game's match history, Contest this result opens organizer review while the bracket can keep moving. Read the status explanation for your match.
If the tournament says an organizer records results, there is nothing for entrants to submit. Follow its rules and provide evidence through the requested process.
Organizers: score and resolve
Open tournament management's Scoring. Knockout matches use a winner and series score. A points series records each entrant's placement and eliminations for each game, then totals standings. Unresolved ties on paying places must be resolved before finalizing.
Open Disputes to filter Open, In progress, Resolved, or Contested items. Claim an item, review its evidence, and use Resolve with a required explanation.
If changing a winner affects advancement, use Override. Its preview lists downstream results that will be discarded. Select the authoritative winner, enter Why, and complete the acknowledgment. Do not use a simple corrected score to silently change who advanced.
In Participants, an organizer can Check in or Disqualify an entry. Disqualification requires a reason and can give an opponent a walkover that advances through the bracket.
