Does creating an event publish it?
No. Creation, staff approval, and publication are separate. Check both the event's approval and published state. Event creation.
Is an RSVP request a confirmed ticket?
Not when approval or capacity requirements remain unresolved. Check the response and approval state. RSVP guide.
Why did tickets disappear from my cart?
Checkout holds expire. Return to the event to reserve the available selection again. Checkout guide.
Can a scanner edit an event?
The Scanner event role grants scanning and permitted dashboard access, not editing, ticket management, or reporting. Event roles.
Is a club admin also a staff admin?
No. Community, event, website, and staff role systems are separate. Access guide.
Can a BDT community sell membership tiers?
The current membership flow permits only free BDT tiers. Review the supported currency and membership options in the club's settings. Membership guide.
Is a venue's starting price the final price?
The final binding price is the accepted quote, including its time window, amount due now, remaining amount, and cancellation terms. Booking guide.
Does accepting a venue quote secure the space?
Check the booking's payment and confirmation state. An unpaid deposit hold is not the same as a confirmed paid booking. Venue workflow.
Why can't I change my tournament roster?
It locks when you check in. Starting the tournament also fixes the draw and key competition settings. Tournament entry.
What happens if I ignore a reported score?
A report can stand automatically after its confirmation window unless disputed. Review it promptly. Results guide.
Does spending EP reduce my rank?
Shop spending reduces spendable EP, not lifetime tier, league, or leaderboard progress. Reward Shop.
Are complimentary tickets part of revenue?
Staff-issued batches use inventory and scan normally, but are excluded from revenue, insights, and payouts. Issued tickets.
Is an approved payout already paid?

Can I recover a deleted account?
