Open Tournaments or a community's Tournaments tab. Read the tournament's rules, format, dates, entry fee, capacity, and roster requirements before entering.
Register
- Sign in and use the available registration action.
- Meet the community access requirement if this competition is hosted under a club.
- For a solo entry, provide the requested identity or in-game handle and entry answers.
- For a team entry, choose an existing team with Enter with or choose Start fresh. Select who is coming.
- Answer required Entry questions and review any eligible reward voucher.
- Complete registration and the payment flow if an entry fee is due.
- Check your entry state. Awaiting payment, Waitlisted, and Registered mean different things.
A checkout hold is temporary. Checkout expired means the unpaid hold elapsed; use Register again when offered. A waitlisted entry is queued and has not secured an active place.
Complete a team roster
Open Team roster. Invite eligible players and ask them to Accept invite. Check each player's in-game handle, role, and accepted state. A roster has the tournament's minimum and maximum size.
Captains and co-captains can remove players and manage the permitted roster details. Only the captain can appoint another co-captain or withdraw the team. A co-captain can check the team in. Ordinary players can set their own handle and use allowed invitation actions.
The tournament may allow players from outside its club. Private clubs remain members-only. Any community application still follows that club's approval rules.
Check in
If Require check-in is enabled, select Check in during the displayed window. Only eligible checked-in entrants enter the draw. Your roster locks when you check in: you cannot add, remove, or rename players afterward.
Open My match or the bracket to follow your pairing. The bracket supports zoom, pan, round navigation, and a text version. See results and disputes before reporting a score.
Withdraw
Use Withdraw while available and read the confirmation. Payment and refund eligibility follow the competition's current state; withdrawal should not be assumed to produce an immediate refund. Watch for a refund-pending notice or a credit available through Payouts.
