Open Reward Shop. You need enough spendable EP and must meet an item's tier, stock, and per-user restrictions.
Claim an item
- Browse the offered reward kinds and open the item you want.
- Read its EP cost, value, minimum order, validity, stock, and eligibility.
- Review Cost, Balance after, and Expires in the confirmation.
- Confirm the claim only when those details are correct.
- Check My Rewards for the claimed item and its current status.
Claims cannot be undone through the normal user flow. Claiming reduces spendable EP, but does not lower your lifetime tier or rank.
Use a voucher
A ticket voucher can be selected from checkout's EP Voucher list or entered as its code where the checkout allows it. A tournament-entry voucher is selected in the tournament's voucher picker. Check that the voucher supports that product, currency, and minimum amount.
A voucher may become reserved while a checkout is in progress, used after a successful transaction, or expired after its validity period. An old or already-used code is not reusable merely because it still appears in history.
Use a perk or cosmetic
Perks appear in My Rewards with their specific details. Cosmetics can be equipped from the inventory or profile controls where offered. A cosmetic changes the supported profile slot, such as an available name appearance or badge; it does not grant an administration role.
If claiming fails, check your spendable balance, required tier, item stock, claim limit, and active status. The catalog can change over time, so use the live item details rather than an old shared screenshot.
