The server reports its version in serverInfo.version when a client initializes. New tools are added without notice and existing arguments keep working. Anything that would break a client is listed here before it ships.

How we version
- Tools and arguments: adding a tool or an optional argument is not a breaking change. Removing or renaming either is, and is announced here first.
- Results: fields may be added to results. Do not rely on a field being absent.
- Permissions: a tool will not start requiring a permission it did not need before without notice here.
