Some club tournaments offer a cash Prize pool funded by a share of entry fees. A displayed descriptive Prize is not automatically a cash pool.
Hosts: enable a pool
Your club must be approved by EVENTA to run cash prize pools. If the control is unavailable, use Why is this off? to read the restriction and contact EVENTA.
- In tournament settings, enable Cash prize pool when eligible.
- Review How the money works.
- Set Share of entry fees and the placement split under How the pot divides.
- Confirm the pool only after checking those values and the entry fee.
The share and split lock as soon as someone enters. The club does not directly pay winners from the pool; EVENTA holds the entry funds and handles eligible claims.
Winners: claim your award
- Wait for the tournament to be finalized and the applicable refund/settlement window to close.
- Open General Settings → Payouts.
- Start a payout request and choose the prize earnings source.
- Select the claimable tournament prize and an available destination.
- Review and submit the request.
- Follow its status in Payout Requests.
Prize payouts are for the full eligible prize; the prize flow states that EVENTA takes no cut of a winner's prize. An award on hold is not yet claimable. A claim is not an instant payment: it still follows payout processing.
If your award is missing, confirm that standings are finalized, that you are an eligible winner, and that the prize is no longer held. Provide the tournament reference to support if the state remains unclear.
