Choose Tournament from the creation selector, or open a community's administration area and select Tournaments → New tournament. Community owners, admins, and moderators can manage club tournaments. The creation flow also offers independent hosting.

Save the tournament and review the public preview. A draft is visible to organizers, not ordinary members.
Open registration and check-in
Use Open registration when ready. Configured opening/closing dates can also advance the lifecycle automatically. Check the current status after a scheduled boundary rather than assuming an exact second of transition.
Use Open check-in and Close check-in when the event requires attendance confirmation. Reopening controls appear only for supported states. A closing registration date in the past can prevent new entries even if the general status reads as open.
Seed and start
- Open Participants to inspect entrants and check-in states.
- Open Seeding and select a method. For manual seeding, arrange the full eligible field and save its order.
- Select Start tournament.
- Review entrants, bracket size, byes, and matches in the confirmation.
- Start only after the list is complete and correct.
Starting locks registration and the seeded draw. Format, entry type, and roster sizes become fixed. Top seeds receive the byes produced by the draw. Use Scoring and Disputes to manage play.
Finish or cancel
After results are complete, Publish standings finalizes the competition. A finalized tournament permits stream/VOD updates but not ordinary competition edits. Use prize pools for award handling.
Cancel tournament stops the bracket and notifies entrants. Read its confirmation and any affected payment/refund information first.
