Open General Settings → Ledger & Accounting, or Ledger from Payout Requests. You need access to the selected earnings source.
- Choose Ledger source.
- Select the Event or Venue offered by that view.
- Review Earned, Paid out, On hold, and Available.
- Inspect the movement table's Date, Type, Amount, and Balance.
- Select Export CSV to download the statement.

A sales total is not necessarily the same as available funds. Fees, settlement, refunds, and existing payout holds can change the amount you can withdraw.
If the screen says statement total is being reconciled with your balance, use the current payout eligibility shown by EVENTA and allow reconciliation to finish. Contact support with the source and the discrepancy if it persists.
The personal ledger selector currently covers events and venues. Other earnings can appear in the payout-source selector without having an equivalent personal ledger tab.
