Open My Venues, select a venue, and open Availability. You must own or have the required management access to that venue.
Read the calendar
Availability includes confirmed bookings, unpaid holds, manual blackouts, and imported busy times. Times are venue-local. A date can be partly busy or fully blocked; open it to inspect the time ranges.
Block dates
- Select Block dates.
- Choose a start date and optional Until date. The ending date is inclusive.
- Leave time unspecified for a whole-day block, or enter From and To.
- Check the overnight indicator if the block ends the next morning.
- Add an optional label such as a private event or maintenance note.
- Review overlap warnings and save the blackout.
Guests cannot request or pay for blocked time. Existing confirmed bookings are not cancelled by adding a blackout. Remove this blackout opens that time again, subject to other availability constraints.
Import busy times
In Sync busy dates from other calendars, paste a private iCal (.ics) calendar link and an optional label. Observe the active-calendar limit shown on the screen. Check Waiting for first sync, Synced, or Sync failed and the last-sync time.
Imported calendars refresh approximately hourly. They bring busy times into EVENTA, rather than importing guest details or creating paid bookings. Pausing or removing a feed removes its imported blocks, so those dates can become bookable again.
Subscribe from your calendar app
Under See Eventa bookings in your own calendar, copy the Private subscribe link into your calendar app's subscription flow. It exposes busy times for confirmed bookings and blackouts, not guest details.
Keep the link private. Reset link… invalidates the old link immediately; existing calendar subscriptions must be updated. External apps choose their own refresh schedule, which may take minutes or hours.
