Staff permissions are assigned separately for Blogs, FAQs, Pages, Banners, Footer Links, and Trusted Brands. Seeing one area does not grant editing access to the others.
Blogs
Open Blogs → Add Blog or edit a post. Complete Title, Category, Type, Excerpt, and Content. Add the appropriate cover, author details, tags, and location. Quote-type entries expose quote/author fields. Review optional SEO values and Status.
Only published posts appear on the public blog. Featured controls the Discovery Hub hero selection. Save, then inspect the public result. Delete only after reading Delete Blog.
FAQs and Pages
| Screen | Required content | Other controls |
|---|---|---|
| FAQs | Question and Answer | Optional category, display order, Active |
| Pages | Title, Slug, Body | Optional SEO title/description, Active |
Use Add FAQ or Add Page, enter content, save, and review it. FAQ answers and page bodies support rich/Markdown formatting as indicated by their editors. Page slugs form the URL shown in the editor; check the actual public destination after saving.
Toggling Active controls visibility without deleting the record. Use search and active/inactive filters to find hidden content.
Banners & Offers
- Open Banners and select New Offer or New Announcement.
- Enter the message and optional title, CTA text/URL, and image.
- Set the offered severity, audience, and display order.
- Choose Starts At and Ends At. Blank dates mean immediately active or no expiry, as labeled.
- Decide whether users can dismiss it and enable Active.
- Save and verify the intended audience and schedule.
An active flag alone does not override the schedule or audience. Turn it off to pause visibility; deletion permanently removes the banner.
Footer Links and Trusted Brands
For Footer Links, add a Label, Group, URL, optional icon, order, new-tab behavior, and Active state. Use Move up or Move down to order entries.
For Trusted Brands, add the brand Name, Logo, optional website, display order, and Visible on the site state. These records populate the public logo marquee. Use the real organization's asset rather than an unrelated placeholder.
