Open a venue in staff administration. You need its venue-management permissions.
Bookable spaces
Use Spaces to manage individual halls or areas within a property. Each space is its own listing. Whole-property booking controls whether guests can book the entire property as well.
The editor explains that overlapping bookings on a space or the whole property affect availability across the property. Review the structure before offering simultaneous bookings. Saving this setting does not cancel existing bookings.
Create a seat layout
- Open Seating → Open seat layouts.
- Select New layout.
- Choose an offered template or a blank canvas.
- Add and edit sections, rows, and numbered seats using the layout editor.
- Review section capacity and the layout canvas.
- Save the draft changes.
- Select Publish and review blockers, warnings, total capacity, and version.
- Publish only after blockers have been resolved.
The layout represents the venue's physical seating. An event uses a published layout with its own ticket pricing; editing a venue layout does not by itself sell tickets or create an event.
Version a published layout
Published layouts are frozen. Select Edit as a new version to create an editable copy, make your changes, and publish that new version after review. Existing event commitments should be checked before applying a different layout.
See event seating for the event organizer's section and seat-allocation controls.
